How to order school books from Salem and get them by post

You do not need to live in Salem to buy from Kalaivani Book Centre. We accept orders from customers across India and dispatch them through postal services. The whole order happens on WhatsApp, so there is no account to create and no app to install.

Step 1: Send your book list

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 95974 12342 with the book names and quantities. The more precise the list, the faster we can confirm it. For each book, include:

• The full title, exactly as it appears on the school list
• The class or standard
• The publisher or brand (for example NCERT, Sura, Oswaal, S. Chand)
• The medium, if the book comes in English and Tamil editions
• How many copies you need

Step 2: Pay by Google Pay

Payment is by Google Pay (GPay). After paying, share the transaction screenshot in the same WhatsApp chat so we can match the payment to your order. Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable.

Step 3: Share your delivery details

Send your complete postal address, the PIN code and a contact number. Double-check the PIN code, since a wrong one is the most common reason a parcel is delayed.

What happens next
